Decision support only — not a sealed survey solution. Each layer (satellite / blueprint / site photo) needs ≥2 control pairs (image + world). Empty or one pair = HOLD. Never invent scale from a photo alone.
In-stream structure design · PE checklist
Decision support only — not construction-ready design and not a PE seal. Reed lists structure families and roles; it will not invent bankfull, rock size, footing depth, or spacing. Unanswered non-skippable items = HOLD.
